These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking an appointment or using our site, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
Please arrive on time. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted based on availability.
We request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or limited ability to book future appointments.

2. Payments

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and select digital payments.
Prices may change without prior notice but are always visible before booking.

3. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know before making payment. In such cases, you will not be required to pay.
However, once payment has been collected, all services are considered final and non-refundable.
We stand by the quality of our work and always aim to ensure our clients are happy before leaving the chair.

4. Health & Safety

If you are unwell or have a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

5. Children

Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult (ages 18+) at all times.

6. Photos & Videos

We may take photos or videos of your haircut or grooming session for marketing purposes.
These may appear on our website, social media, or promotional materials.
If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, please let us know before your appointment.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept secure and used only for appointment management and communication.
We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety concern.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, and text, belongs to Kevin Baez Haircare & Barbering.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
