1. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

• Please arrive on time. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted based on availability.

• We request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or limited ability to book future appointments.

2. Payments

• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and select digital payments.

• Prices may change without prior notice but are always visible before booking.

3. Refund Policy

• If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know before making payment. In such cases, you will not be required to pay.

• However, once payment has been collected, all services are considered final and non-refundable.

• We stand by the quality of our work and always aim to ensure our clients are happy before leaving the chair.

4. Health & Safety

• If you are unwell or have a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

5. Children

• Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult (ages 18+) at all times.

6. Photos & Videos

• We may take photos or videos of your haircut or grooming session for marketing purposes.

• These may appear on our website, social media, or promotional materials.

• If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, please let us know before your appointment.

7. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is kept secure and used only for appointment management and communication.

• We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

8. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety concern.

9. Intellectual Property
